VeEX Receives Frost & Sullivan's 2012 Product Differentiation Excellence Award.

VeEX Inc., a global leader in Telecom and CATV test solutions, has been named the recipient of Frost & Sullivan’s 2012 Product Differentiation Excellence Award for Mobile Backhaul Test Equipment. This prestigious award acknowledges VeEX's exemplary accomplishments and outstanding performance in network test applications.

Benchmarked against the highest standards of measurement, Frost & Sullivan's independent, third-party analysis team nominated VeEX's VePAL TX130M+ to be a world-class, all-in-one test solution addressing legacy TDM/PSN to Carrier Ethernet technologies, and Synchronized packet networks. This flexible, fully-featured test solution delivers significant cost-savings to both mobile operators and service providers deploying 4G/LTE next-generation backhaul networks.

Several key criteria were used to evaluate and compare VeEX's Mobile Backhaul product to other major competitors, including unique platform features, test functionality, quality and "fit-for-purpose" customization. “Among the key factors differentiating the TX130M+ from other contenders is its ability to consolidate so many industry-unique mobile backhaul test features that address evolving test deployments while maximizing existing infrastructure,” said Olga Shapiro, Frost & Sullivan program manager. "VeEX's VePAL TX130M+ has earned a reputation for performance from many wireless service providers worldwide confronted with the daunting task of testing converged legacy TDM to Packet synchronization technologies applied in today’s Mobile Backhaul Ethernet networks."

“Whilst developing the VePAL TX130M+, we didn't only seek to build a product that pushed the boundaries of innovation, but we wanted a test solution that was going to be ‘purpose-built’ in close collaboration with our most trusted and discerning customers. The result of their valuable, ongoing feedback into the development cycle culminated into the rich feature set that defined the product and which is making a huge difference in the field,” said Ildefonso Polo, director of Product Marketing Transport at VeEX Inc.
