RMA Request

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

For calibration or repair, please complete the following form to obtain an RMA number before shipping your unit to VeEX. Please submit one form per test set.

Although it is not necessary to login before filling out the RMA form, it is highly recommended as it will allow you to track the status of your repair in the future.


 
 
The Problem

  • Please provide as much detail as possible for the problem description and fault symptom, to allow duplication of the problem.

  • Please indicate if the problem is intermittent, or a problem after a software upgrade, etc.

Warranty Status

The warranty period for battery pack, LCD, LCD touch panel, LCD protective cover, and accessories (including but not limited to patch cords, AC adaptor, SFP, USB adaptors) is limited to one (1) year.

You will receive an e-mail message with an RMA number and the shipping address of our Customer Service Center.
Equipment failure due to user negligence and unauthorized alterations or repairs (to test sets and options) automatically voids the remaining warranty. Units that are operated or installed in ways other than outlined by VeEX's literature or operating manuals also are not covered.

Your unit is currently out of warranty. In order to repair your unit, our Customer Care agent will evaluate your repair and contact you within 24 hours by e-mail or phone call. If you choose to move forward, the RMA number and shipping address of our Customer Service Center will be provided. We will need a Purchase Order or Credit Card to process the RMA at that time.

If you choose to move forward VeEX will need a purchase order or credit card at that time to proceed with the repair. If the repair quote is declined, an inspection fee and return shipping charge will apply. Your unit is out of warranty and is of early generation hardware, which VeEX neither supports nor services. This product has been discontinued. Service is only offered on a best effort basis, if applicable. This S/N does not exist.
