| VePAL BX100V+ | The industry's first tester supporting both xTU-C and xTU-R modes for VDSL2 and ADSL2+ service installation. The unique VTU-C and ATU-C modes allow operators to pre-qualify broadband links without the need for expensive DSLAMs to be present. Multiple VDSL and VDSL2 profiles supporting different vendor VDSL chip sets are supported making it a truly universal and inter-operable testing tool. Impulse Noise Protection (INP) for IPTV applications is supported while Packet Transfer Mode (PTM) provides next generation Triple Play service flows in pass through mode. A powerful Bitstogram mode monitors the bits/tone to identify DSL line degradation resulting from interference or cross-talk while visual identification of VDSL2 band plans is also possible. Triple Play service verification can be performed using the same advanced feature set integrated into all VePAL platforms. |

Triple Play service verification of VoIP, IPTV, and high speed Internet is made possible using powerful IP and Web test features including Web Browser. Service testing can be performed on either the DSL line using Modem Emulation mode or on the Ethernet port while connecting and emulating a PC. WiFi and CAT-5e cable testing are powerful features for in-home installations. |

| VePAL LX100+ | A compact, handheld field test solution for next generation networks supporting Triple Play services. Equipped with an Ethernet interface, advanced IP connection tests including Ping, trace route, ARP Wiz, Web test, Web browser, and FTP upload/download can be performed to verify high speed Internet access at customer premise equipment such as Set Top Boxes (STB), and xDSL modems. Flexible VoIP testing options enable connectivity tests, bi-directional network analysis and VoIP call emulation complete with MOS, latency, and transport impairment results. Technicians will benefit from the NetWiz function which performs LAN cable diagnostics or the optional WiFi Wiz site survey which can be used to validate wireless LAN connectivity. An optional Optical Power Meter adds useful functionality for FTTx networks, while an Advanced PON Power Meter function allows in-service measurement of bi-directional signals between OLT and ONT with an industry standard 2x2 optical coupler. |

The One-touch Automatic Fault Location (AFL) feature quickly identifies cable faults within a distance range of 4,000 meters or 12,000 feet, while the graphic display simplifies viewing of detected impairments.
