The most compact VDSL and ADSL2+ testing solution.
VeEX releases the industry's most compact VDSL and ADSL2+ tester based on the successful VPAL100 platform. Weighing less than 1kg, this all-in-one handheld solution is fitted with an Infineon/Aware chipset capable of emulating both DSLAM and customer modem equipment for complete VDSL and ADSL2+/ADSL network verification. Configured in ATU-R mode, the unit provides basic link turn-up statistics for Annex A, Annex B, Annex L or Annex M standards, while in VTU-R mode, the unit provides profiles for Infineon, Ikanos, Broadcom and Conexant VDSL chipsets making it a truly interoperable and universal tester. Impulse Noise Protection support for IPTV networks, legacy ATM and next generation Packet Transfer Mode (PTM) add to the already impressive feature set. Physical layer loop diagnostics is implemented using licensed Dr. DSL technology from Aware Incorporated. In pass–through mode, the BX100V can emulate VDSL or ADSL2+ modems while Triple Play service verification can be performed over any xDSL technology mentioned.
